Gear check will be located on the west side of Maggie Daley Park along N. Columbus Drive. All gear should be dropped off prior to entering the start area at the gear check tent.* Please give yourself ample time beforehand to check your items as gear check will close 5 minutes prior to the start of the race.
Please note: all baggage must be inside the CLEAR PLASTIC BAG that was provided at packet pickup. There will be additional clear bags on race morning. Place all items inside the clear plastic bag and attach the gear check label from your race bib to the bag for identification. You must have a race bib to use gear check. Baggage will not be accepted if your items are not properly stored inside the bag. All items must be visible.
Personal bags or backpacks may not be placed directly in the clear bags. You must remove all contents from your backpack, place them inside the clear plastic bag and fold up your backpack to place it in the clear bag.
All unclaimed items at gear check will be donated to a local charity if unclaimed after a week from the event. Do not give your items to volunteers except those at gear check. Life Time is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
*After the race, items must be picked up from the same location before gear check closes at 11:45 a.m.
FINISH LINE AND SPRING MARKET FINISH FESTIVAL
The finish line is on Columbus Drive, just north of Monroe Street, alongside Maggie Daley Park. Upon crossing the finish line, participants will be awarded with a finisher medal, water, post-race snacks and have the opportunity to take a finisher photo. Participants are invited to continue the celebration with a Spring Market Finish Festival featuring a hot breakfast buffet, beer from Lagunitas Brewing Co. (ages 21 and over) and live music, all located within the park grounds.
