Life Time Run is the official training provider of the Chicago Spring Half Marathon & 10K
Whatever your distance or experience level, Finish Line Training by Life Time Run will help you prepare to cross the finish line in May. Training options available to all registered event participants include social, supportive group training, a customized running plan or your own personal Certified LTR Coach. Below you’ll find a breakdown on how each training option works.
Get the training, support and expert advice you’ll need to be ready for the Chicago Spring Half Marathon or 10K and do so at an incredible price. Group Training is held twice weekly at multiple Chicago locations, for a total of 16-24 sessions of Finish Line Training. Our professional coaching and support — as well as your training partners — will get you across the finish line.

Half Marathon Training:

Run 1:1 Coaching
Whether you are just starting to run, or are training for your next PR, working with a 1:1 Life Time Run Coach provides all the instruction, accountability and motivation you need to reach your goals. As a target race for the Chicago Area Runners’ Association Spring Training Program, we are proud to partner with CARA for our 2014 training efforts. Life Time Run coaches Jamie and Katie will again lead the charge, leading the weekday sessions and supporting runners during the weekend runs for this 14-week session. Group workouts will be hosted Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. from Road Runner Sports Chicago, and Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. from Waveland Park. Training begins Saturday, February 15.
Note: CARA’s 12-week program will be extended an additional two weeks to accommodate those registered for this race.
