Finish Festival Hours

Sunday, May 20th: 7:30a.m. – 12:00p.m.

  • Start area is close to the finish festival so vendors may open up as early as 6:30a.m. for athletes in the morning and spectators waiting for athletes to finish.

Load-In Hours

Saturday, May 19th: 1:00p.m. – 4:00p.m.

  • Saturday load-in is preferred

Sunday, May 20th: 4:00a.m. – 7:00a.m.

  • Only self-sufficient load-in on Sunday.
  • Vendors who can walk their materials into the park may load-in.
  • There is no vehicle access on Sunday.

Load-in Details

  • There are strict restrictions on vehicles in the park. If you require driving your vehicle into the park to load-in, you will need to coordinate details of your vehicle and a specific load-in time on Saturday. A map and vehicle permit will be provided.
  • Preferred method of load-in is to park in the Millennium parking lot underneath the park. Follow signs for Monroe & Columbus to exit the lot and walk to the race site.
  • It is recommended that vendors bring their own hand carts.
  • The closest street adjacent to the park is Randolph.

Venue Restrictions

  • No tent or flag stakes are allowed in the park. Vendors should bring their own tent weights or indicate that they need to rent tent weights through Life Time within the reservation form.

BOOTH INFORMATION

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT
Race management will assign booths to exhibitors and sponsors based on contract requirements and the products being displayed.

BOOTH SET UP & RESTRICTIONS:
Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the booth size and may not obstruct walkways, general view, and other exhibitors. This will be strictly enforced. Any special booth construction must be submitted for prior approval. Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not use space for any other reason without prior written approval by Life Time. Exhibitors must remain open at all times during Finish Festival hours. Vendors must provide their own weights or order via the reservation form within this link.

INCIDENTALS & BOOTH MATERIALS
Exhibitors are responsible for transportation of equipment, materials, parking, etc. and for all incidentals not included in the booth package, such as power, ice, sandbags etc.  Pop up tents are allowed.  Booth spaces come with 1 8ft table and 2 chairs.  If you prefer a 6ft table, please indicate in the reservation form. Rentals must be secured in advance.  Please indicate on the reservation form below if you need to rent any materials.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Exhibitors are not permitted to sell, serve or distribute any food or drink without prior written permission from race management.

PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.

FIRE, SAFETY & HEALTH REGULATIONS
Exhibitors agree to comply with local, city, and state laws, ordinances, and regulations. Exhibitors are responsible for all fire precautions.

SECURITY
Security will be provided overnight on Saturday May 19th.  Life Time is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
